Hand Brake Discussion

Dave mentioned to Rob that the hand brake in his '73 SB was broken. The button came out of the end of the handle and there was no braking action when the handle was pulled up. Rob indicated that the button just screws back on (unless it's broken). The missing braking action is more likely to be a broken cable or the balance bar (under the rubber boot) has fallen over the back of the lever.
